Returns Policy

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind after your order has shipped, you may return unopened products within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Email info@unisex.co.za to request a return. 

Products must be unopened and in their original, undamaged packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Approved returns will be issued a store credit, monetary refunds are not available for change-of-mind returns. 

Returns for Damaged Items

We offer a 30-day return policy for damaged or defective items only, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or refund for damaged goods.

To qualify:
The item must be unused and in its original condition
Tags must be attached (if applicable)
The item must be in its original packaging

Defective or Incorrect Goods

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (Section 56), if your product is defective, faulty, unsafe, or not as described, you are entitled to choose one of the following remedies within 30 days of purchase:

Repair

Replacement

Full monetary refund

To return a defective item, please email info@unisexskincare.co.za

We will cover all return shipping costs for defective items. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 30 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

The refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the transaction.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

We don't accept returns on: 

Sale items
Gift cards
Opened or used products (unless defective)

Processing Times

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 workings days. 

During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take up to 10 working days.
