Delivery Policy

We currently deliver within South Africa only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Payment must be received in full before your order will be processed and shipped.

Subject to stock availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within 2–3 working days and handed over to a courier for delivery.

Door to door delivery rates will be calculated on checkout.

Metro areas: 2–3 business days after dispatch

Outlying areas: 3–6 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and your location.

We are unable to deliver to the following locations:

Plots and farms

Military bases

Prisons

Mines

Game reserves

Islands

If your address falls into one of these categories, we recommend using a PostNet address or an alternative delivery location.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email so you can monitor your delivery.
